We take mail orders!
If you have an impression of your teeth - taken by a dentist or a dental technician and no longer than 2 months ago - and would like Ida to use that mold to make you a piece, please print out and fill out the form and ship them to us.
Disclaimer :
To ensure that your grillz fit perfectly, it is essential to provide us with an accurate mold of your teeth. This mold should be taken by a professional, such as a dentist or dental technician. We do not recommend taking your own teeth impressions, as even a slight mistake can cause significant fitting issues for the grillz. So, if the grillz that we make don’t fit you properly, it is only because the mold you send us was inaccurate and inadequate.

Mail us your impression(s) alongside with a print of the form filled out. If you are unsure of what you want, write that on the form and we will schedule a design consultation session. feel free to draw the design you want on the teeth!

Once we receive the mold and the filled out form, we will contact you to finalize the order. For international orders we accept payments via PayPal and Xoom. We only start working on your order once we received the full payment.

International orders can take between 2 to 6 weeks to deliver from the day we receive the mold and the form. This timeline can change depending on your design and where you are located.

There are no refunds or returns on international orders.
If the piece doesn’t fit your teeth, as mentioned in the disclaimer, is because the mold you sent us was done unprofessionally.
You can always come to our studio in San Francisco for fitting.
